Hoops4HIM exists to coordinate, promote, encourage, organize, and provide youth basketball programming to the surrounding and greater communities to advance health, social, educational, vocational, mental, moral, physical, and character development of youth, all with an environment and culture that reflects the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Founder & CEO
Adam Lynch
Adam Lynch is the Founder and CEO of Hoops4HIM and the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. With 29 years of coaching experience—including eight years at the collegiate level and fourteen years as a varsity high school head coach—Adam is passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the court.
After more than 27 years serving in Christian education, Adam founded Hoops4HIM to provide a basketball experience that emphasizes faith, character, skill development, and meaningful relationships. His coaching philosophy is centered on servant leadership and the belief that an athlete's identity is found in Christ, not in their performance.
Through Hoops4HIM, Adam is committed to helping young people grow spiritually, mentally, and physically while inspiring them to pursue excellence in basketball, life, and their faith. Adam lives in the Pacific Northwest with his family and is committed to investing in the next generation of athletes, coaches, and leaders.
Director
Chris Edward
Chris is a dedicated and passionate student and teacher of the game. He is committed to guiding and leading others in their holistic development. Chris has been working in ministry for several years and is devoted to developing a Christ-centered development program.
Christopher also holds two master’s degrees in mental health–related fields, bringing his expertise to everyone he works with. He desires to see all players leave with the utmost confidence, a love for the game, and a healthy love for themselves.
Chris played four years of collegiate basketball—two years at Chaffey College, where he earned all-conference honors, followed by two years at Concordia University in Portland, where he averaged a double-double and again earned all-conference accolades. Chris then went on to play professionally in Germany for two seasons, earning first-team all-league honors in his first year and regional MVP in his second year.
